Privacy policy.

PLAY n FIT Tennis Academy (“PLAY n FIT”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you choose to share with us — such as your name, phone number and email address — when you message, call or email the academy, or send an enquiry.
• Usage data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, which may be collected by standard web server logs.
• Correspondence — records of messages and emails you exchange with us.

Enquiry form and WhatsApp

The free-trial form on this website does not store your details. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and the information is shared only if you choose to send it. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide support
• To process enrolments and programme registrations
• To send updates about the academy, where you have agreed to receive them
• To improve our website and services
• To meet our legal obligations

Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run our website or academy, on the condition that they keep it confidential, or where the law requires us to.

Third-party content

The Google Map on the Contact page only loads after you choose to show it. Training videos on the Programmes page show YouTube thumbnails, and a video only loads from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) when you choose to play it; other session videos open on YouTube. These services may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Your rights

• Access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you
• Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time
• Raise a complaint with the relevant authority

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
